MYTVOnline4: add a portal with credentials or MAC-ID
Open on YouTubeBefore you start
- Have the exact portal address ready and ask your service which method applies if unclear. A and B are alternatives, not consecutive setup steps.
- For MAC-ID access, use the identifier displayed in MYTVOnline4. Do not substitute the Wi-Fi or Ethernet MAC address, and never change an identifier to imitate another device.

The steps
Reach portal setup
In Settings, open App Settings with OK. Select Content Sources to see stored connections, then Add and portal setup. The following part of the video is diagram-based: it explains the fields without claiming to film their actual entry.

Frame from the simulated Formuler demonstration · 00:22 — Content Sources selected in App Settings. Method A: use supplied credentials
Enter a recognizable Portal Nickname. Copy Portal URL exactly, retaining protocol, port and path without added spaces. Enable Login required, then enter the username in User ID and the password in Password. Use service credentials, not your Google account.

If this is your access method, find the MYTVOnline4 MAC-ID and have your service confirm registration. Name the portal, enter the supplied address and leave Login required off for this method without credentials. Wait for registration confirmation before connecting.

Review the information, choose Connect and wait for loading. Open an available program to check picture and sound. The video shows no actual connection result; perform these checks on your installation.
Check the result
Check the portal response, content loading and playback in sequence. A visible catalogue does not establish that a program works. Keep the exact message if a stage fails.
If your result differs
The portal does not connect
Check Internet and the full address. For A, verify credentials; for B, verify MAC-ID registration. Send the error to your service if needed.
You do not know which identifier to provide
Use the one displayed in MYTVOnline4 and confirm the service’s requirements. The box’s network address is not automatically the app identifier.
The catalogue loads but playback fails
Try an available program, note the result and contact the service with that message. Do not treat the list alone as a fully verified connection.
Frequently asked questions
Should I enter my Google account?
No. Method A uses the username and password supplied for portal access.
Why does the video use diagrams?
Form entry was not filmed. The diagrams explain fields and methods without representing a captured connection result.
What to do next
Once connection and playback are verified, continue with language and start-screen preferences. Keep access details private.
