To speed up troubleshooting, provide your order number, device, application, a description of the issue and any error messages. Never send a password, full payment card number or other financial information in a support message.
For a device configured using a MAC address, provide that address only where necessary for the requested service. OfficialOTT may ask for reasonable troubleshooting steps before confirming the cause of an issue.
