Privacy policy
1. Accountability
OfficialOTT is operated by OFFICIALOTT LLC. The person responsible for personal information is Mr Martin Bedard, reachable at privacy@officialott.com and 30 N Gould Street, Suite R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.
2. Information collected
Depending on the interaction, we may collect: name, contact information, language, order details, selected plan and devices, limited transaction data provided by the payment processor, support messages, application used, IP address and technical data, consent preferences and, where necessary for setup, a MAC address.
We do not request a complete payment card number through WhatsApp, email or a support form.
3. Purposes
Information is used to respond to requests, deliver and administer service, provide support, process payments and refunds, prevent fraud, secure systems, meet legal obligations, maintain required records and send marketing communications only with applicable consent.
4. Consent and choices
We obtain valid consent where required and limit collection to what is necessary. A free-trial request is not implied consent to marketing. Consent to commercial messages may be withdrawn through the unsubscribe mechanism or by writing to privacy@officialott.com.
5. Disclosures and service providers
Depending on your interaction with OfficialOTT, necessary information may be processed by hosting and backup, messaging and support providers, as well as payment service providers and financial institutions involved in your transaction.
The payment methods offered include Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Interac e-Transfer. Depending on the method selected, processing may involve a card network, a digital wallet and financial institutions. These payment methods do not all represent the same type of service provider.
When you choose to contact us through WhatsApp, information in your message is also processed by that service under its own privacy rules. Only necessary information should be shared. We may also share necessary information with legal, accounting or fraud-prevention professionals when involved, or where permitted or required by law.
6. Processing outside Quebec or Canada
We use hosting and backup service providers. Some information is hosted in the United States and may be processed outside Quebec or Canada.
Processing locations may also depend on the communication services and payment method you use. In a foreign country, information may be accessible to courts or competent authorities under that country’s laws.
OfficialOTT remains accountable for information under its control. Applicable requirements for risk assessment, contractual safeguards and security must be met before a transfer. For questions about this processing, contact privacy@officialott.com.
7. Retention and disposal
We have adopted a retention schedule based on the purpose of the information and applicable obligations. The periods below are the selected time frames for organizing its handling; they do not mean that automatic deletion is already active in every system.

These operational periods are not all statutory requirements. A legal obligation, pending access request, investigation or dispute may require limited retention of the relevant information. Once the need and applicable period end, destruction must be secure; any anonymization must meet applicable requirements. Removing a name or hashing an address does not necessarily anonymize the data.
8. Security and incidents
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards proportionate to the sensitivity of information. No system is risk-free. Incidents are assessed, recorded and reported where required by law.
9. Rights
Depending on applicable law, an individual may request access, correction, withdrawal of consent and other legally available rights. Requests may be sent to privacy@officialott.com. Reasonable identity verification may be required.
10. Cookies and analytics
The “Privacy choices” button lets you accept or reject the site’s offered usage analytics and change that choice later. Your choice is saved in the browser’s local storage, so it may differ between browsers or devices.
The consent manager is designed to load the configured Google tools after acceptance. Your analytics choice is separate from consent to receive the newsletter: accepting one does not subscribe you to the other.
11. Changes and complaints
The effective date is 28 juillet 2026 / July 28, 2026. Material changes will be brought to individuals’ attention as required by law. A complaint may be submitted to the privacy officer; recourse to competent regulators remains available.
