Privacy policy
1. Accountability
OfficialOTT is operated by OFFICIALOTT LLC. The person responsible for personal information is Mr Martin Bedard, reachable at privacy@officialott.com and 30 N Gould Street, Suite R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.
2. Information collected
Depending on the interaction, we may collect: name, contact information, language, order details, selected plan and devices, limited transaction data provided by the payment processor, support messages, application used, IP address and technical data, consent preferences and, where necessary for setup, a MAC address.
We do not request a complete payment card number through WhatsApp, email or a support form.
3. Purposes
Information is used to respond to requests, deliver and administer service, provide support, process payments and refunds, prevent fraud, secure systems, meet legal obligations, maintain required records and send marketing communications only with applicable consent.
4. Consent and choices
We obtain valid consent where required and limit collection to what is necessary. A free-trial request is not implied consent to marketing. Consent to commercial messages may be withdrawn through the unsubscribe mechanism or by writing to privacy@officialott.com.
5. Disclosures and service providers
Information may be provided as necessary to a confidential hosting, email and backup provider, Stripe, Interac and participating financial institutions, Meta/WhatsApp, none at launch and legal, accounting or anti-fraud providers only when used. The list, purposes and countries must be completed before publication. We may also disclose information where permitted or required by law.
6. Processing outside Quebec or Canada
Some providers may process information outside Quebec or Canada. Before such a transfer, OfficialOTT must assess applicable factors and implement required contractual and security safeguards. Countries must be listed here: Canada, the United States and other countries where authorized providers process information.
7. Retention and disposal
We retain information only as long as necessary for the stated purposes and legal obligations: under the validated retention schedule. Information is then destroyed or anonymized in accordance with applicable requirements.
8. Security and incidents
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards proportionate to the sensitivity of information. No system is risk-free. Incidents are assessed, recorded and reported where required by law.
9. Rights
Depending on applicable law, an individual may request access, correction, withdrawal of consent and other legally available rights. Requests may be sent to privacy@officialott.com. Reasonable identity verification may be required.
10. Cookies and analytics
Details appear in the cookie policy. No personal information is to be sent to GA4 or GTM. Tools actually used must be listed before publication.
11. Changes and complaints
The effective date is 28 juillet 2026 / July 28, 2026. Material changes will be brought to individuals’ attention as required by law. A complaint may be submitted to the privacy officer; recourse to competent regulators remains available.
