Terms of use and service
1. Operator and acceptance
The site and OfficialOTT services are operated by OFFICIALOTT LLC, 30 N Gould Street, Suite R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. By using the site or ordering a service, the customer accepts these terms, the privacy policy and the refund policy applicable on the order date.
2. Eligibility and accurate information
The customer must have legal capacity to enter into the contract and must provide accurate information. The customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of delivered access credentials.
3. Description, price and term
The plan description, term, CAD price, applicable taxes, number of devices and special conditions are disclosed before confirmation. No subscription or automatic renewal may be created without separate express consent.
4. Delivery and start of service
Service begins upon effective delivery of access or on another expressly agreed date. The customer should promptly report any delivery or access issue to support.
5. Acceptable use
The customer must use the service in accordance with applicable law, third-party rights and the acceptable use policy. The customer must not resell, publicly share, circumvent security measures or use the service for unlawful activity.
6. Third-party applications and devices
The availability and operation of a third-party application or device may depend on its publisher, manufacturer, operating system and region. OfficialOTT does not control third-party updates or decisions. Included activations remain limited to IBO Player, IBO Player Pro / IBO Pro, IBO Pro TV and HOT Player, subject to applicable conditions.
7. Support and interruptions
Human support is available 7 days a week, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Ontario time (Eastern Time, ET). Requests received outside these hours will be handled during the next support period. An interruption may result from maintenance, a third-party provider, the Internet connection, a device or an event beyond OfficialOTT’s reasonable control. No provision excludes an obligation or warranty that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Cancellation and refund
The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee and statutory rights apply under the validated refund policy.
9. Intellectual property
The OfficialOTT brand, site, text, graphics and software owned by OfficialOTT or its licensors may not be reproduced without permission, subject to exceptions provided by law.
10. Privacy
Personal information is handled under the privacy policy. Marketing communications require applicable consent and must provide a functioning unsubscribe mechanism.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable Canadian and Wyoming law without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their place of residence. No clause may unlawfully require a Quebec consumer to use mandatory arbitration or a court outside Quebec.
